SALARY:  Based on 2024-2025 Administrative Salary Schedule (pending approval of the Board of Education; commensurate with education and experience.  Salary listed below is based on 2023-2024 Salary Schedule

  17. Prepare or supervise the preparation of reports, records, lists, and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the school’s administration.
  18. Work with various members of the central administrative staff on problems involving support services, such as transportation and special services.
  19. Keep supervisor informed of events and activities of an unusual nature as well as routine matters related to the supervisor’s accountability.
  20. Assume responsibility for the implementation and observance of all Board policies and regulations by the school’s staff and students.
  21. Maintain active relationships with students and parents.
  22. Lead in the development, determination of appropriateness, and monitoring of the instructional program.
  23. Establish guides for proper student conduct and maintaining student discipline.
  24. Supervise the maintenance of accurate records on the progress and attendance of students.
  25. Assume responsibility for the attendance, conduct, safety and health of students.
  26. Supervise all professional, paraprofessional, administrative, and support personnel attached to the school.
  27. Assist in the recruiting, screening, hiring, training, assigning, and evaluating of the school’s staff.
  28. Evaluate and counsel all staff members regarding their individual and group performance.
  29. Conduct meetings of the staff as necessary for the proper functioning of the school.
  30. Provide for adequate inventories of school property and for the security and accountability for the property.
  31. Supervise all activities and programs that are outgrowths of the school’s curriculum.
  32. Supervise and evaluate the school’s extracurricular program.
  33. Participate in principals’ meetings, negotiations meetings, and such other meetings as are required or appropriate.
  34. Other related duties as assigned.

      Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of professional personnel.
